At HeatsBox, we want you to be completely satisfied with your smart heating lunchbox experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your HeatsBox and all included accessories into the original box to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
